Firstly select your matching chair - This can be identified by the brand name or photo.
Check the measurements – Very important as the covers do not stretch and fit any chair. They also won’t fit if you are a couple of centimetres out here and there. If you are still unsure of the fit please contact us as we do have sample covers to try. Browse the fabrics and select up to 6 free samples – This is also very important as all of our covers are made to order and cannot be returned because you don’t like the colour or texture of the fabric. Please note… We will not accept orders if sample fabrics have not been sent beforehand.

Q, Can I wash the covers?
A, Yes the covers are all machine washable. Use a mild detergent and hang to dry, do not tumble dry or use any type of heat.

Q, Is the fabric hard wearing?
A, All our fabrics are quality upholstery fabrics and have been vigorously tested (Martindale) Rub tests for durability.

Q, Are the covers fireproof’?
A, Our fabrics all have a flame retardant treatment.
Although the covers will be covering existing upholstery which acts as a barrier cloth. We like to make sure they are safe.

Q, Do the covers fit any dining chair?
A, No the covers are made to the exact fit of the chair selected and do not stretch.

Q, I don’t know the name of the manufacturer?
A, Browse the size guides to see if your chair matches.

Q, I can’t find a chair that matches mine on your website?
A, We have lots of patterns for unknown brands but haven’t created a cover for them all yet! First, look under chair covers for a list of the popular models. If your model isn’t listed, you can contact us with the brand name or send us a photo if you don’t know what it’s called. We can make a pattern but we would require the chair to fit it to, so you would need to be local.

Q, Can I supply my own fabric?
A, Yes we can make from your own fabric, starting from £25.00 per cover. Please contact us for more details.
We have no doubt that the fabric you have in mind is beautiful but we can’t guarantee the end result will meet our high standards. The wear ability and cleaning are the most important.

Q, Do the covers have a Velcro fastening?
A, No all of our covers are slip covers and the base/skirt of the cover fits snug around the legs of the chair.
